If you’re not happy with your Pyralit gear, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused and in original condition. Change-of-mind returns incur a $27.95 return shipping fee. Faulty or damaged items are covered under our lifetime warranty and replaced at no cost.

We ship fast, straight from our Australian workshop. Orders usually leave within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping is free on most orders, with express options available at checkout. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as it’s on the road.
