Shipping Policy

We know you want to fire up as soon as possible — that’s why we make every effort to get your Pyralit gear shipped quickly and reliably. Every order is packed in-house and dispatched straight from our Australian workshop.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $99 AUD.

Orders under $99 ship at a flat rate of $10 AUD.

At this stage, Pyralit ships within Australia only. We’re working on international delivery — join our mailing list to be the first to know when it’s available.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. During busy periods or product launches, please allow extra time.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link with up-to-date delivery details.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (metro areas)
  • Rural or Remote: 7–10 business days
  • Express Shipping (optional): 1–3 business days (metro areas only)

All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier capacity.

Carriers

We primarily ship with TNT / Fedex, depending on your location and parcel size.

Special Notes

  • Large Orders: Orders over 25kg may be shipped via freight or courier service. You’ll be contacted directly to confirm delivery details.
  • PO Boxes: We can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers for most orders under 20kg.
  • Public Holidays: Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ship fast, carrier delays can happen — especially during peak periods or extreme weather. We’ll always keep you updated if there’s a significant delay.

Return Policy

We back everything we build. If you’re not happy with your Pyralit gear, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase — no fuss.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Customised or modified products can’t be returned unless faulty.

Return shipping costs, customs charges, govt taxes and duties for international & domestic orders are not covered.

If you bought your Pyralit gear through another retailer or distributor, please contact them directly — their return policy applies.

Return Policy

We stand by everything we make. If it doesn’t live up to what we promise, send it back.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following must apply:

  • The order must have been placed directly through pyralit.com.au.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be lodged within 30 days of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

We don’t accept returns for Pyralit products purchased through third-party stores or resellers. Please contact them directly for their return process.

Customized or modified products are not eligible for return unless faulty.

How to Lodge a Return

All returns need to be processed through our Returns Portal within 30 days of your order date. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

If you don’t have access to a local drop-off point for our preferred carrier, you’re welcome to send it back using your own courier — just make sure you contact us first to get a Return Authorisation Number (RMA).

Refunds

Once your return arrives at our workshop, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and refund processing. Refunds will go back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping costs and any additional return postage (if you choose your own carrier) are non-refundable.

We don’t currently offer exchanges or store credit — if you’d like a different item, simply return your order for a refund and place a new one online.

Packaging & Shipping Your Return

Pack your item securely to avoid damage in transit. You can use the original Pyralit box or your own — just remove or cover any old tracking labels.

Include your RMA number or order confirmation inside the box.

Do not write directly on the product or packaging.

Attach the return label securely and keep your drop-off receipt for reference.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Every Pyralit product is built tough, but if yours arrives damaged or develops a fault, reach out to the team right away. We’ll replace or repair it under our lifetime warranty where applicable.
