Every Pyralit ignition unit comes with a lifetime warranty. If it doesn’t hold up, we replace it. Simple as that.
Our Return Policy
If you’re not happy with your Pyralit gear, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused and in original condition. Change-of-mind returns incur a$27.95 return shipping fee. Faulty or damaged items are covered under our lifetime warranty and replaced at no cost.

The Mallee charcoal: i wasn't sure about this, and doubted it when adding to the shopping cart - but opening the bag and seeing the knobbly shape, light feel, and hollow sound it was clear that this was good gear. The coal was lighting up in the chimney and crackled like a fire in the bush. This coal got going quickly and was a very clean burn. I'm so impressed. My pork roast was perfect with a crackling win, and i think this coal will really shine on quick cooks like wings and steaks. Very happy!

The mallee root charcoal is awesome. There are large chunks of charcoal in the bag, which light up quickly and burn really hot. The image is one of the bigger chunks i'll be burning for a second time. The subscription makes it easy for me as i'm not having to rush to bunnings to buy average charcoal. Great product, highly recommend

BEST CHARCOAL EVER GC
The best slow burning charcoal available. Dont buy crap im ports when you can purchase this high quality burn at a reasonable price. Love it.
I have reviewed this terrific charcoal previously and am so impressed with it that I now have a few more things to say about it. - ignites quickly and evenly - is as good for searing as it is for roasting - I have also used it with a spit and it still performs - taste is very large but subtle, just what every cook wants. Great product great people. If you haven’t give it a go I would recommend you do you won’t be disappointed!!!
